I like to state few words about our company. We have great experience
working in travel industry, and our specialists always helpful and
ready to a trip to satisfy any taste and desire! Throughout the years
we have become professionals in tourism and have gained expert
knowledge in the industry, which means that we provide high quality
travel experience, which has not gone unnoticed, and made us leaders
of the industry. Yet we don’t allow ourselves to become satisfied with
our achievements; therefore, we continue to expand horizons of our

we are in the process of expending onto American market, we have a
need in growing work force, and for this reason we like to invite you
on board of our company as a Travel Coordinator!
By now you probably have questions such as what exactly I should be
doing, or how much am I going to get paid and so on, so let's take one
step at a time, and go over all of the questions you have. First let's
look at your income, it has two parts to it, one part is your base
salary which is $48,100.00 a year. You are in titled to this money
regardless of how much commission you will make. The second part is
your commission that you also will be making from every transaction
that goes through your hand. Let me give you an example how this
works. For example you have a transaction that is in the amount of
$2000.00, for that transaction your commission is 5 percent, which
makes 100 dollars that are in addition to the annual $48,100.00 base
salary. I hope this explains how your income is calculated.
Now let's go over your responsibilities, why money transferred to you,
and why you have to send it, and why all of this is needed in the
first place. Because we are European company it adds some overhead to
the logistics of the business, and our clients are faced with multi
faced payment process, unless they are paying by credit card. For
example, when a client pays by check, international mail takes weeks,
and very unreliable, systems like QuickPay, do not provide
international services, companies like Western Union are inconvenient
to use, sending money by wire is also cumbersome and provides
unnecessary stress for the client.in other words, unless the client
is paying by credit card only, there will be some inconvenience for
them. This is why we have people like you, who process payments for
'non-credit card' clients. So your job on a typical day will look
something like this, you will receive a payment over QuickPay, for
example, and accept transaction, then go to the bank or Western Union
and send the money from the transaction that took place the day
before, while current transaction is being processed by the system. So
this will be the typical cycle of your work.
You will be paid in the following way. First you have three options to
get paid; by check, by direct deposit or by QuickPay. Your first pay
day is scheduled three weeks after the day you start. The start date
is considered as the day of your first transaction. After that, you
will be paid every two weeks. Because we do not withhold any taxes,
you will be receiving the full amount, which makes your first check to
be for $2775.00, because this check is for three weeks. Thereafter,
you will receive checks for the amount of $1850.00 every second week.
And on top of this, you will be receiving 5 percent commission from
all transactions.
Now let’s look at your training and equipment that you might need for
work. First let’s start with equipment; all you need is a working
phone and computer, so that we can communicate without any
interruptions. There is no special equipment required for this
position. Your training takes a single completed cycle. The process is
simple, yet we believe that the first cycle should be done with stress
free environment, where you could pause and ask questions, without
feeling the pressure of time. How this works? First, as we mentioned
before, there are two parts to your responsibilities. One is that you
will be processing checks, and second is that you will be processing
electronic payments, such as QuickPay, which was explained previously.
How this process works? Because international mail is slow and
unreliable, we use help of people like you, to provide smooth paying
experience for our clients. Once you receive a check in the mail, you
will have to make a deposit to your checking account and wait few days
for the check to clear. When check clears, only then we will touch the
money, not sooner. We do this for your protection, and for ours, so
that you never are in position when you are faced with bounced check.
When check does clear, you will have to keep your 5 percent commission
and send the rest either over Western Union or wire to our bank
account directly.

I received a check from them made out to me and went to the bank and deposited it and it bounced and now im being investigated for deception.
