I accidentally clicked on a trial membership for $5.00 a month which i was meant to request to renew as far i understand and there are no instructions or warnings about it on signing up (dating site B2.com).
Within minutes of going through the site i realised there were no contact numbers or other contact details to contact. Within a month, they tried to deduct another months fee for over 40$ which i have never signed up. I sent several emails to the email address that i found on the website and all i received was an email asking not to write to that address and follow the instructions on how to cancel the membership which i have never signed up. I sent over 20 emails to them REQUESTING TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP OR else i would report them. They ignored all requests and each time a new name would appear in their email with no surname or contact details.
Naturally, i gave up fighting with stupid scammers, this morning i received an official non-reply email from a company called " Intrum Justitia Ireland " apparently a credit reporting agency somewhere which has nothing to do with Luxemburg threatening to file further charges on my account if i dont pay $160.46 within 7 days.
They have my full name and email address. I told them i am reporting them to the Australian Federal Police. PLease help me stop this disturbing threats.
