I was led to believe that they would fix my computer in 4 hours — it had a virus. Over a week later, it's still not fixed and I'm getting the run around. They say their "technicians" will call but they never do. When I call them, they tell me they will have a technican call me, but it doesn't happen. They have lied about someone calling me and leaving a voice mail. All in all, they are bogus and I feel like I have been scammed.
