I ordered Primalite Garcinia on 7/2. I returned the product (unopened), on July 16th. I tracked the package through the Post Office and received confirmation that the package was received by them on July 18 at 9:32AM. I waited almost a month and when I did not hear from them I called (8/14). I was told that the refund was in progress and that I should have it in 2-3 weeks. Two weeks later I called again (8/20) and was told that they credited the money to my Master Card account. Problem is I don't have a Master Card. That day I was told that the matter would be forwarded to their rapid response dept and I should received a check in 2 weeks. I called again (8/30) and was told to wait another 4 days for the check. On September 9 I called yet again and was told that my money was refunded to my Master Card account. When I asked for the number of their corporate office I was told the did not have one and they could not give me a name or phone number for anyone higher up the chain.
