I mistakenly paid twice for 3 different orders of books from Mystery Guild. I have tried repeatedly since July 1, to receive reimbursement from Direct Brands. After being on hold 15-20 minutes several times, I have been told to send an e-mail (during one call) and then send a fax (different call) with documentation of my payment, and that the problem would be resolved. I have done both to no avail. Today I waited on hold another 20 minutes and finally had to hang up. I will continue to pursue this. And booksellers wonder why people are switching to e-readers...
