Mystery guild
Owner direct brands stated I was to receive 4 free books but then was told I could not get them because they were special items. Letter states different

Signed up for Mystery guild Book club and then I received a letter with the heading Welcome. When i tried to get 2 of 4 books, I was told I could not have because they were special items

The letter states "access to entire catalog" and "100% customer satisfaction". I have been getting calls from Mystery Guild stating I am allowed to get those books because they are for certain customers
