XM Brands is a rip-off, I ordered the sample of Acai, only to pay shipping $4.95.
Ordered 7/3/09, was debited from my account 7/06/09
On 7/18/09 I noticed a debit from XM Brands $ 139.97, they automaticly debited that amount, I did not even have the sample yet. I then closed that account, my card.
I spoke to the bank to dispute this charge, they said they doudt of visa will do anything cause I did not contact XM Brands, You have 14 days from the placing of your order, how do you know if you like the product if you haven't received it.
You cannot call them, you are either cut off or on hold for 15 mins., then you get a operator to give your name and number to, but no one returns your call.
Now you are on an auto ship program, well I hope they try to charge my account, it is closed.
I can't believe something cannot be done to this company, a lot of people are being ripped - off.
