I ordered Tablets and car stereo from the merchant and received an acknowledgement, but nothing since. Here is their e-receipt.
"GoodsCoolMall received your payment of order: 2XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX at 00:16 on Apr 30 Total amount $91.89. We will Verifying PayPal payment with PayPal.com: For instant payment, please expect that your order will be verified within 1-2 business days. For eCheck payment, please expect that your order will be verified once your eCheck has cleared. Once verification is complete your order will continue processing."
I tried to submit a complaint to pay-pal in June and got a run around e-mail response. I will attempt to call them directly and see what may come.
