In July I purchased a new Kawasaki Concours 14 from this dealership.in November, it developed an oil leak, so I took it to them for service under warranty. They had the bike for 6 weeks, but less than 100 miles later, it was leaking again. They then had it for 3 weeks and got it fixed. Then approximately May the rear tire pressure sensor was displaying low battery. I called the dealership to order the replacement part under warranty which they received 3 weeks later. I took the bike in, and waited for 3 hours, only to be told they had the wrong part. About a week later, they called, saying they had the part, and come on in. I waited for 45 minutes for them to finish the job. This is when I discovered several significant scars on my black rim, to which they blamed on their equipment. Then I noticed they had not"registered" the new sensor into the bikes computer, saying did no know how to, but would find out, and let me know. So now, my computer displays — for rear tire pressure, my back rim is all marred up, and 6 weeks have gone by, and have yet to hear from them. I paid $15,000 for this bike, and I would expect a bit better service from this company. I will be riding to another well known Kawasaki dealership, even though it is 60 miles away.
