Between June and today (5th September), large sums of money have been taken out of my account for 3 products, in which I was only interested in sampling, and for which you paid the postage only: Lift and Glo (which I managed to stop after 3 payments) Derma Juvenate and Rejuveneye. I had given no permission for money to be withdrawn from my account other than for the initial postage-only samples. This represents the very worst in dishonest marketing. A trial is a trial, and while I admit the smallprint must have escaped me, this included the licensing of the company to increase the price of their products without prior notification. Funnily enough they managed to increase the price of one of the 3 products after just one month (Lift & Glo from £84.71 to £89.66) and another of them after two months (Derma Juvenate from £89.91 to £94.90). I am guessing that, should I not manage to have cancelled the delivery of Rejuveneye by the end of this month, that its price, too may have seen an inexplicably no notice 5.5% price hike.
The total taken from my bank account being being £789.97 (1,231.46 USD), I am demanding compensation if not a full refund. Our bank account has been plundered and we are finding it difficult to make ends meet. These people have committed fraud and are criminals.
