I was on the dillards web site and asked to take a short survey. At the end i was given the opportunity to purchase one of several items all i had to do was pay the s&h fee. I
chose entice perfume and was charged $5.99 fee
which i agreed to. 2 weeks later they debited by acct for $95.00 because i didn't
cancel my "membership". I was never informed
that i was enrolled in a membership. I am also contacting dillards to make them aware.
I am a lomg time customer and don't appreciate being taken advantage of in this manner. I don't expect to ever see my $95.00
again but i hope others won't be a scammed like i feel i was.
