Purchased a dress June. Spent $144.00 plus $30 shipping. Dress size ordered USA Size 10. Dress arrived as size 6 on top/bodice and size 10 on bottom/skirt.
Horrible customer service and false commitments.
Sent pictures as instructed.
Paid more ($15.95) to get clearance to return for replacement dress.
All correspondence stopped.
Now told send more pictures.
Burharin from service is who emails me, and he/she had been worthless in resolving my problem. What a scam! What a disappointment.
Please help.
