We emailed the company to enquire about the genuineness of a Christian Dior perfume we wished to purchase. They emailed back advising that all their products were genuine. Based on that information we purchased the product. When it eventually arrived it was obvious that the perfume was a knock-off and NOT a genuine Christian Dior product. They are now advising we should send the product back to Slovakia at our expense before they will refund the price. There is no guarantee we will ever receive this money and have requested they refund the cost prior to sending the product back. They are refusing to do this. This company is a scam!
