During the holiday season I went to the West Bloomfield PetSmart on 14 and Orchard Lk. At this time I was shopping for fish to fill up an aqaurium that I've had up and running successfully for YEARS! I was graciously helped in the aqautic section and recommended various fish for my aqauarium, however it was much to my dismay that these fish had a terrible fish disease called ICK! While I was unaware to this fact the store staff and managers were not. When I arrived at the location to return the fish I was sold and inform them that they had killed over 200 dollars in fish I previously had, another young girl in the same area I had purchsed the ill fish who told me that the store knew of the fish having this highly contagious disease and was told by their store manager, SATISH, to sell them anyway. When I talked to him about this situation he was very rude blowing me off and telling me it was my fault for picking those fish. NEVER denying that he didnt know of this problem, actually he acknowledged it by say yes and nodding as I told him this problem!!!
