BNSF has left and engine running for over 5 hours now right next to a residential area. I acalled the FW office to inquire about how much longer this would continue due to the noise and exhaust smell. He acted surprised it had been sitting there that long and said he would have the person in charge of the crews in this area call me right back. Been over an hour and still no call but the engine continues to run. Next step is to go complain to the City Council. I'm sure I can get everyone in neighborhood to sign the complaint. BNSF has no respect for residents.
