I booked an Order for 2 books on 22 Aug. 2013 worth Rs. 512/- Order # nbc22083605579.
I repeatedly tried calling their customer care numbers at 011-26314242/4343, but they NEVER picked up their phones. They do not even reply to e-mails and there has been no intimation whatsoever about the dispatch.
