Please help me contact these people. I ordered the sample for $4.95 and they said i can cancel in 14 days if i don't like the product. The product does not arrive till a month later and i was charged $89.95 for the full order. The csr i spoke to was very rude and just offered me a 50% on the product right away without letting me explain, which just shows that they deal with this complaint on a daily basis. I told her that how do you expect me to cancel a trial in 14 days when I receive it a month after i ordered it. It does not make sense. She told me that I should have read the terms. I told her to cancel my account right away. A month later another bottle comes and theres a charge of $20 on my card. I am sooo mad right now. How dare these people take away people's hard earned money? ITS a scam. Beware!!
