When you call the number on this ridiculous offer I received in the mail, it tells you "due to high call volumes we can only speak to paying customers" but if you are a "paying customer" they don't have a prompt or another number to refer you to, so basically the number itself is a fraud as well bc no one will EVER answer. I will not send my money here bc this is a UPS store mailbox AND because the same phone message on the 800 number also indicates to send your questions about this by mail ALONG WITH YOUR PAYMENT for the service they are pretending to offer. So you have to pay to ask questions, too? Who does that? Scammers do that.
