I ordered the Dead Sea Beauty Kit in good faith; however, the day I ordered it I cancelled the order only to be told it was too late.in February I received an email stating the item I ordered had been delivered to:

However, it was never delivered to me as their email stated above, it seemingly went to someone else with a totally different name and address? I did email Dead Sea Beauty Kit on the 19th of February asking for their help in tracing my parcel but I received no response. I had to go into hospital on the 22nd February and did not have the strength to pursue this any further at this stage but thankfully I have now recovered and I am now managing my paperwork again. I did email the company again requesting my 151.82$ and my 6.12$ be refunded ASAP but the company has made it clear that it is not their problem in fact it was never their problem as once the item is delivered it becomes my responsibility regardless of who they gave my item to?
How is this acceptable behavior, I have been charged twice for an item someone else received? Please help!
