I came in at register my self and all well fine but went I check out this morning come out in my bill some charges for resort fee and room very sting and but smoke smell extreme smoke smell I call to fix this matter with this unprofessional low customer service employee u guys hired her name is Dennise Hallett she dosent have a clue how to management a matter or problem not recovery a guest she didn't explain me why people at front desk don't tell u that u going to be charge for those services so I can take advantage and use does services anyway I am going to be charge she was so mean and make my stay at Excalibur the worse experience in Vegas will never go back there first time there and last having u guys that person will loose your business... Etc
