Ordered one bottle (I think the week of August 12) that was supposed to be free. Only shipping charge applied. Never received confirmation email. Bottle arrived but I have not opened it yet. Saw shipping charge around the 19th. Saw charge for $88.74 on August 26th but I didn't look until the 27th. Called company. They at first tried to tell me that they were under FDA regulation and could not accept any sealed or unsealed bottles back. Told them I had family who worked for FDA and asked to speak with manager. Associate put me on hold and after a couple of minutes of course came back to say that manager was not available. Then she was authorized to give me back $35. I started getting angry and asked how come I could not get the whole amount back? I asked how come I could not get at least half. She said "I can give you half". I told her that I did not spend half or all of that amount. Then I really almost lost it. I asked her to have her manager call me TODAY...
