I ordered shoes, money was taken from my account that week.
After two weeks & not shoes, I sent an e-mail to tomscheap.net
They said my order had been shipped & would arrive soon.
I waited another week, still no shoes.
I requested my money back & received suspicious e-mail using broken english or texting asking me to continue to be patient.
No shoes, no refund!
