I bought 2 pairs of Toms both were not correct when I received them and both said they were 100 percent authentic and it even says so on the website. They said if I returned them it would cost ME more money to return them than to pay shipping cost. The website specifically said that they pay return shipping cost. I received an email two nights ago saying that they wanted to make sure I got the right shoes and ask me which ones I wanted. I ordered those shoes on the 28th of February they should have already sent out 2 weeks ago. The first two pair I ordered were back in January. Do not order from this website. They said I could not get any compensation for my time oh and also those 100% authentic they claim to sell are not. I ordered a mens 12 for my husband who wears an 11 1/2... Wrong color and he couldnt get them on bc they were too small.
