Purchased Toms from this company, but had trouble getting charge to go through. Service person sent a link to pay through Paypal. Shoes took 4 weeks to arrive and were wrong. I disputed, and can only get a refund if I mail back to China which is more than $12. I guess I learned a lesson. While the shoes looked like Toms, I'm guessing they are knockoffs.
