The above company extracted $600.00 for 3 months from my checking account for fees to file a bankruptcy chapter 7 for myself. The fees were collected, and I was never able to get any help from them whatsoever. I sent all of my information in to them, and asked them lots and lots of times to file this before any garnishments began. Did not happen, and a garnishment was to begin in April from one of the creditors. I had to borrow the money from my employer to file with another lawyer, and within a few hours my case was filed, and the garnishment was stopped. I cannot tell you how nervous, upset, mad, and all other emotions that I had during those 6 months.
