I retained benjamin legal to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy they took 300.00 a month from my checking then never filed my bankruptcy i am now going to court next month i did file a complaint with the BBB and they have done the same nothing they just keep doing the same thing to people i read one of your complaints and it was like reading my own we have to stop them and o yeh now i need to file and i have no money thanks to J.
