I placed an order because they said it was 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. When I let them know I never received my order they sent me an email on August 4th saying they reshipped my order and that it would take 12-16 days and still I havnt received my order. I have tried to log on to the site to see what was going on and it says that the server does not exist. I kept the emails they sente. I need help getting my money back.
