I was contacted by a Sam Watts from US Federal Goverment Grant Dept.indicated that i was chosen to receive a 9,000 grant for being a good citizen. Then they transfer me to Cindy Spencer the account manager and she informed me that i would need to submit 250.00 by Western Union and then i would recieve my 9,000.
