Called the company. They sent out a technician who didn't give me his name, but said I needed new sensors. He said the charge would be $350.00 and I said that is way overcharged and then he asked me what I'd like to pay! I couldn't believe it. I said if I had a choice I would pay nothing. Then he went to his phone saying he was calling his Manager and came back with "how about $275.00" and I said that was still too high. I ended up paying him $229.00 which I still think was way over priced. The door worked for a little while but has been not working properly for the past 6 months. I finally got a guy out that knows what he's doing and he said that the problem was not the sensors and that they rarely go out. I needed a new circuit board. He fixed it and told me I should find out who the guy was that scammed me and turn in the company. These people should be ashamed of themselves. You would've thought I was dealing with a car dealer who has to go and "consult with his manager" all the time. Don't ever use this company.
