When we had our service set up we had paid the extra money to have "pet friendly" motion sensors installed. A few days later we started getting false alarms due to our cats setting these "pet friendly" alarms off. After the third or fourth false alarm i called to ask about these sensors. The lady on the phone said that the sensors are mainly for dogs and not cats.
We now have to resort to locking our cats in a room while we are not home just to have our sensors on. My most recent encounter with calling the customer service was a suggestion to turn off the sensors when my alarm is on. That seems to defeat the purpose of having motion sensors if i am not even using them.
