On 8/30 using a cane I Walk into Dunkin' Donuts on Oldelle Avenue And nothing. I went to the ice cream area And say can I get some help, Having waited for five minutes. The supervisor said nastily you have to go to the back of the lime. I hadn't seen the line when I came in so I left because it was too long For me to stand. I went back in about 15 minutes when the line was short. I ordered my food And was ready to pay for it. After getting my change the workers seemed to transform into another person. He said "angrily you have to come down here to get your food". I said " I'm disable." He said "so". I then was angry and yelled back "Don't you have any respect for your elders And disabled. I'm sure your mother taught you better than that ". I find it interesting that he did this after I paid for the food. His supervisor was standing there with his back to us and he did not discipline his worker at all. I think Courtesy for their consumers is lacking. I hope you will respond to this complaint.
Thank you for your Response to this complaint.
