I signed up at airjordan.com on 8/22. I first contacted them on 8/20 in regard to the actual sizes of sneakers since Nike tends to run small. They answered that all sizes were correct. On 8/23 I placed the order for two pairs of sneakers & got a message saying processing and would receive an email in 20 minutes. Never got. Checked my account on their site and the order was still in the shopping cart. Placed order again within 2 days, same msg. No email received. Today 8/26 I checked my account again plus sent them several emails with no response; my order was still in the cart. Again, I placed the order. This time my credit card notified me almost immediately that the amount of 166.05 had been authorized by CBPAY*WWW*TPBOOKI @ 8:43am. Again, I did not receive the email & when checked shopping cart, the order is still there. Their only contact info on their site is [email protected]. I have emailed several times still no response.
