In April I took my 1990 Chevy Pickup in for a new engine installation. I was told that the installation would only take a few weeks. 4 to 6 weeks later and numerous calls I picked up my truck on weekend.
The place is a dump located in downtown Dallas where almost nobody speaks english.
After I paid and begin to drive my truck home I found the following problems... My front bumper damaged, a 1 foot chunck of my runnings boards had been damaged (Broken off), there was beer cans in the bed of the truck, the Tailgate bezel was missing as if it was used for parts, the rear license plate light cover was broken, there was scratches on the side fo the truck and worse of all, the front plate to my in-dash CD Player was missing.
Filed claim with Better Business and they along with American Express did nothing.
