I cancelled my subscription to both RVTL and Equinox within the allotted time. However, they had already sent the RTLV. I returned the package unopened expecting the full refund of $99.00. However they are only refunding $53. Because they said the package was opened by me. This is not true as I put a their return mailing address on their original box and mailed it back. Customer service claims the warehouse manager said it was opened but that is not true. Luckly my credit company called me to questioned the charge or I would have been sent the Equinoc as well This company should be put the the Better Business Alert list.
