I regiger my moneybookers account on Sep everthing is ok at the first several months, after my account balance above 2500 EUR, they send an email to me upgrade to a merchant account, they send some document to me,
• A clear and readable copy of photo ID of Company Representative, in colour, registered on the Account (Passport, National ID and Drivers Licence only). Front and back of any card used for ID verification, as well as the double page of the passport;
• A proof of company address either a utility bill or bank statement only, not older than 3 months or any official document that also includes the address i.E. Certificate of Incorporation or a Certificate of Incumbency;
• A scanned copy of Certificate of Incorporation / Articles of Association;
• Filled in copy of the Merchant Questionnaire (please find attached);
• Filled in UBO and Directors form (please find attached);
• Signed copy of the Merchant Agreement (please find attached);
• Signed copy of the Fee Schedule (please find attached).
Before send the company certificate I send email to them if I can use chinese company name, becauase in China Mainland all of company name only accept Simplified Chinese, China Mainland company name can not accept English and numbers, so I send email to moneybookers if they can accept Chinese name company, they said, they accpet chinese company but the company name must translate in English, and I need to send proof the chinese name and translate English name are the same company, I can conclude that in China there is no department can provide such proof, after communicate with some department, I can register a HK company in HK, all of HK compain have two name Chinese company name and English company name, I can take all of the HK company document in China Mainland bank open a Company account, this is accpet in China Mainland and HK, I just need to Hire a HK secretary and pay tax to HK Government in order to upgrade my account, I register a new company in HK, and send all of above information to moneybookers, but nobody reply my email, they promise they will response within 24 hours, but after one week nobody reply my email, I promise they received my email, because I received AUTO reply, I send email to them again, they reply me that "We would like to confirm that the information you have provided us with has been forwarded to our Department in charge" I wait another one week, stilll no reply from them, I send email to them again, they reply my email said, my Moneybookers account register address is not the same as company regisger address, I explained the moneybookers register addres is my China Mainland resident address, my company register in HK, because you can not accept Chinese company name, that is why I register a new company in HK, they said I must to supply a utility bill, the bill must have my company name and address, I can not supply such bill, the company address is rent house, and the bill name is the Landlord name not the company name, about one week I received there reply, I must supply a utility bill, the bill must have my name and address, in order to get this bill, I paid monty to my Hong Kong Secretary and request them Change ISP broadband account name to my name, only the IPS Broadband can change name, but after send the file to Moneybooker, they said they can not accept this bill, I tell them I can not supply other Document, they tell me that I can add a new Shareholder who have HK Identify ID and address, It not acceptble, moneybookers have not any right demand my company add new Shareholder, yesterday they send email to me I must send new shareholder identify ID within 5 days, or they will close my account and my money not refundable,
All of my money in my account is lawful, I have shipping proof and tracking number, moneybookers have not any right Grab my money, if you want to close my account you should refund my money,
After search on Google moneybookers have bad reviews, so many many complaint in the world,
