Rented a car on 8th June and returned it clean, full of petrol, and undamaged, back on time at Heathrow airport. They say in there terms and conditions that deposits paid back in 7 days [ what a joke that is ]i have spent a lot of money contacting there service department which is a waste of time they just fob you off with anything they can think of at the time. Only wish i had looked at trip advisor before being scammed by this terrible company, there are pages and pages of customers that have never got there money back, i just cant believe how they can get away with it in uk.
