Well, the "Italian Guy" did it again. To me! I fell for this a-hole too. Same story about how he was from Italy except, this time he had a companion with a huge bump on his forhead. They both looked clean cut with business attire. They drove a white lexus suv, and drove up to me as I was walking toward the Home Depot at the Milpitas Great Mall. At first I thought they were gonna ask for directions but the driver who pretty much ran the whole deal asked me if I spoke italian. I said no then he started speaking spanish. I am fluent in spanish and we began to conversate. As many others on this site the story was practicaly the same. He was soon to depart to italy and claimed his boss had given him 4 leather jackets here at a convention. He claimed he was staying at the embassy suites. He said he worked for armani and even gave me a business card. To show he was legitimate he showed me his flight ticket and passport. He wanted 500 dollars for all 4 jackets which to me seemed like a deal considering how much they really cost. Its a good thing I only had 160 in cash. He ripped me off giving me two jackets for the 160 in cash. To make the day even worse, it's fathers day. I hope my dad and father in law like their presents.
All i have to say after this whole ordeal is "Charma is a Bitch"
These shameless bastards have it coming to them. Peoples emotions shouldn't be messed with like that.
