Order from a site I use all the time with request to take a brief survey and in return you have a choice of products to order for the price of shipping only. Never noticed what they alleged that it had to be returned within 10 days or you will be charged. Total scam rip off company taking advantage. They only offer a $40.00 refund. PLEASE start a class action suit!
