I received a call from a so called law office or collection agency called URG and they ask me if I had taken out a payday loan through vandelier group and I told them yes and one of their people called on august 20th and made arrange ments for me to pay the debt off in full between the 5th and the 8th. Another woman got on the phone and told me that if I didn't pay the 560.00 in full then she was going to get way more out of me through my area court and this was a felony so I would go to jail. I tried to explain that we were not trying to defraud anyone. My wife and I closed our account at US BANK because of fraud which was proven and is still under investigation. The woman didnt want to hear what I had to say and told me that I was being recorded and told me the recording would be used in court against me.
