Not a Reliable Company to work with

I was told by Jerrad Havins who is Manager-Senior Credit Advisor at United Credit Consultants to sign a contract to repair my credits, paying big money. $800.00 for repair personal credit and $4,000 for finding a business loan after credit fixed. Well I was stupid enough put my trust on him, and now can't never find him, no responsibilty and nothing is working out as it should. If any body know how to get my money back please help... Thanks
