I originally purchased the item which said shipping only 9.97 dollars on July 12 i finally received them on 16 august. As I had been unwell i hadn't looked a my bank statements when i did they had taken 9.97 dollars mind you the add said free trial all you pay for is SHIPPING! An handling! That was supposed to be in Australian Dollars? On 12/7 11.06 dollar then 11/8 84.78 dollar i had sent text messages saying my good hadn't arrived as well BUT GET THIS I called them an said why had they taken more money from my account they said it was my monthly cost but i only asked an paid for the trial. Then she said my 14 days had passed 14DAYS TO CANCEL MY ORDER? What order i haven't even had your product to try? Yet its taken a month to receive your goods she was so rude an spoke so condescending! I SAID I NO IM FROM DOWN UNDER BUT IM NOT STUPID How can i try the product an decide if i liked an wanted to keep using it when i don't have the product to try? IT TOOK 36 Day to get here well how could i keep it or cancel it she said what do i want her to do her name was KATE said if i wanted to cancel i would only get 78% of what they had already taken from my bank account she hung up on me so i called back mind you this call is from Australia an wow i got her again i said that you just hung up on me then she said what do you want 1st for you not to hang up on me an i want all my money she said send the item back and they will pay me in my money but i now have to cancel my credit card An i told her im from California but live in Australia an i buy items from the States USA all the time an i dosnt take a month But it was like talking to a brick wall well she said what do you want MY money back all 100% send it back then an hung up.
