On the 13th July I applied for a free sample of Lift and Glow for which I paid £1.99 postage, via my Visa card. Subsequently I noticed £89.66 had been taken from my bank account and another sample arrived through the post. I was not aware I had ordered this further lot nor was I aware that any more money would be taken. I had not set up a Direct Debit nor a Standing Order as far as I was aware. I subsequently found other compaints about this company's practices on line. I telephoned the Customer Services but the line was so poor ands. The lady speaking was I believe in the U.
