Like many others I requested the supply of a 'Free Sample' of Lift & Glow paying £1.99 towards the postage by way of my Bank debit Card. I received the product, which was of an inferior quality some days later. On 25 July I rec'd an e-mail from 'Lift and Glow Pro' stating that a further supply was on its way - which I had not ordered or wanted. I checked my bank statement to find that on the 12th July £84.71p had been taken from my account. I telephoned: International 24 Hour Telephone Support: 44-203-355-7059 (London, UK)
United States 24 Hour Telephone Support: 1-646-863-9157 (New York, USA) but got no response. I then telephoned SANDY THOMAS on customer support team (020 3355 7059) who because of the poor English could not understand. I e-mailed: 203@helpdesk. Emailcenterpro.com stating I wished to cancel any further supply and the refund of my money.in response I was informed by Brian Hunter - Email Support Center (note spelling) that my account had been cancelled but his office could not authorization to make changes to your account, but to contact Support Center can be reached at 1-888-863-2960 (New York, USA) or 44 20 3355 7059 (London, UK), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On the 25 July I received an e-mail from Juveneu Customer Service saying
Thank you for using Lift and Glow Pro Monthly. "This email is to inform you that your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request."
I have spoken to my bankers who are aware of this scam and undertaking enquiries. The customer services are said to be situated at:
