I bought a Google offer from them then paid the $5 shipping fee to their website directly. It's been three months and I still have not received my DVDs. I called Google. They informed me they are having trouble contacting them. I did get a refund of my $29 for the DVD but not the $5 directly from the company. I sent them and email however I'm thinking I won't be hearing back from them...
