I got a call saying that i was being sued by a bank and theyre here to resolve the matter, it seemed a little fishy because they sent letters to my old address where i havent lived for 2 years. They came up with a settlement which i agreed have payed it for 2 months and now im short of a payment due to finacial problems they're harassing me to pay extra. My husband said it seems fishy, so i dont know exactly what to do. I dont want to keep paying them but i dont want to get sued. What am i to do?
