Within an hour of signing up, I was unhappy with product and requested termination, and money-back guarantee as stated by terms and conditions. After exchanging more than a half dozen emails, which they continued to try and upsell me more products, my complaint ticket was forwarded to cancellation dept where they offered 70% refund as a gesture of goodwill. According to their terms, if termination within three days, no charge, otherwise there's a $14.95 service charge.
Presently, two days later, the battle rages on. Stay clear of this company!
