I ordered a free sample in June from Lipo slim and Natural cleanse (they were together) company and paid the delivery charges.
In July as I was going on holiday I just checked my bank account and to my shock £79.71 was taken out including £3.38 NON STG TRANS FEE. I e-mailed the company to say that
I've never oredred this so cancel the transaction and the order and was waiting for a reply. I had been away so came back and got busy but did e-mail again when I received the delivery which I thought had cancelled.
To top that I checked my bank accout today again and some more mobney was taken out on the 12th of Aug. £78.49 and £3.34 non stg trans fee. I nearly cried. I'm a housewife and don't have that much money. I rung my bak to cancel furher transactions and just waiting for their call back. I can't believe it happened to me. I've never ordered anything like this before and feeling sick at the thought that how could I be so stupid.
I need help to get my money back.
