The very first auction i won i never received a 10 dollar kohls card. But the big problem is the i pad i won on july 10 th. Never received any emails after paying within 5 minutes of winning. They sat they they will ship with in 24 hrs after payment. I have talked to them every 2-3 days via live chat. Thae always are very upset abuot your problem and say they will personally fix it. I have collected all kinds of e mails backing this info up. It has been almost 6 weeks now and the finan straw came when i called 1 more time on the 15 to report that the last agent said i would have a longer delay because my package was on the u.P.S. Plane that crashed. Nice thing to tell a customer when 2 innocent people died who know nothing about this zbiddy scam, plus i lost all the money 0n purchased bids also
