I filled out an offer on July 31st. I was to be awarded 152 gems for signing up to godaddy.com. I never received my gems so I sent in a complaint to Tapjoy. They issued me a ticket number. I supplied all information to them, the email, their gem offer for completing the purchase. And supplied the email showing my account information. I haven't heard 1 word back from them. So I just emailed them yet again the other day and still haven't heard 1 word from them. This is ridiculous that they cannot get back to you in a timely manner, nor do they provide any thing else to help out the situation. They should not only give you the balance that is owed, i. E gems. They should give you credit for more since its their ignorance on why this ticket has yet to be resolved!!!
