I completed an offer on the my little pony game, bought a kobo book and was supposed to receive 70 gems. Never received them, sent in a complaint, received an automated reply asking for the recipt of the transaction. I sent in my receipt 5 days ago and never heard a thing. Still no gems. Very frustrating. I was enjoying the game but without the gems I can't progress and it is losing it's fun factor fast.
